We are investigating an issue affecting hypervisor node s11. Virtual machines hosted on this node became unreachable following a storage fault on the host, which subsequently caused the server to stop responding entirely.
The node has been recovered via a cold power cycle and is back online. Affected virtual machines should now be reachable. We are monitoring the node closely and reviewing the underlying hardware to determine the root cause.

Earlier today we experienced a DDoS attack targeting our network, which caused intermittent latency and packet loss for some services. Our team mitigated the attack and normal service has been fully restored. We apologize for any disruption.

We performed emergency maintenance across all hypervisors to patch a critical security vulnerability (CVE-2026-53359). This required a reboot of each hypervisor, which caused a brief interruption to virtual machines during the restart window.
All systems are back online and operating normally.

We have replaced the defective hardware components in Amsterdam, and all services have been fully restored as of approximately 30 minutes ago. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability.
